Olivia consults at Redleaf as a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar. Olivia has experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in diverse settings including a university outpatient clinic, research programs, primary and secondary schools, private practice, a rehabilitation centre, and inpatient and outpatient eating disorder programs within a Private Hospital.

These settings involved working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, substance use disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders and relationship and emotional difficulties – both individually, and within group formats.

Therapy style and influences

Olivia provides evidence-based treatment, working primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Family Based Treatment (FBT) models. She takes an eclectic approach to therapy to best tailor the experience to the needs of each individual client and shows warmth, genuine interest and non-judgement to support individuals make positive changes in their lives. Olivia continues to develop her skills under the professional guidance and supervision at Redleaf.
