Tessa works at Redleaf as a Clinical Psychologist. Previously, Tessa has worked across a range of services related to child and adolescent health, including school psychology, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), private practice settings, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) diagnostic teams.

Tessa has completed training in a number of evidence-based therapies, including:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) / Cognitive Behaviour Therapy – Enhanced (CBT-E)
  • Family Based Therapy (FBT),
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT),
  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR),
  • Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), and
  • Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET).

Tessa has conducted research in Electroencephalography (EEG) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).
